Today we are featuring two beautiful layouts based on this month's formula using the 
Bella Blvd "Splash Zone" Page Kit
included in the 
July Double Shot Kit
Our first layout was created by
Designer Rochelle Spears
"Dive In"

Rochelle:

"I reduced one of the 4x6 cards to the appropriate measurement since I was creating this layout from scraps of a previous layout. Used the Embellishment kit and also enamel dots fro my personal stash."\

Also using the formula and the page kit, 

 Designer Dee Hunt 
created the the sweet layout
 "The Best"
