Today's layout is one of my favorites from TSR Designer, Rochelle Spears, this month. She used the Bella Blvd. Lucky Starz layout kit in the April Flavors of the Month Kit. I just love those American Crafts Amy Tan Foam word Thickers, and each kit gets a full sheet of them in this kit!
