Week #46 Weekly Challenge!

If you've never used an "Embellishment Cluster" on a layout, then you really must give it a go. Okay, I made up the phrase, "Embellishment Cluster", but you see this all of the time on layouts. An "embellishment cluster" is a grouping of 3 or more different smaller embellishments adhered close together in a cluster to form one larger eye-pleasing unit. This is a great technique to use if you need to add visual weight to a layout and you have several small coordinating embellishments that you can use to do this. It's a fun way to use up bits and pieces from your stash, and it gives an artsy feel to any layout.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: Create a layout with an "embellishment cluster" of at least 3-5 embellishments.

Upload your layout to the following folder by 9:00 a.m. CST on Monday, November 23rd to be entered into the drawing: WEEK #46 CHALLENGE FOLDER

Here are a few examples of a "embellishment clusters" on a layout.

There are only 2 rules if you want to enter a weekly challenge:
1.) Your submission has to be a new layout created for this challenge. :) You're on your honor here, but the idea of a Weekly Challenge is to finish new layouts and not simply upload old layouts. :) (Your actual layouts can be done in any size - 12x12, 8.5x11, 8x8... whichever size you scrapbook in!
2.) Please only submit one time for each weekly challenge!
