Week #40 Challenge

Welcome to Week #40's Challenge - our first official challenge involving you creating a scrapbook page! You're going to feel so good about yourself after you've completed this challenge! (You do NOT have to be a member of The ScrapRoom to participate in our Weekly Challenges. These challenges are for everyone who wants to play!)

There are only 2 rules if you want to enter into the drawing for this week's prize:
1.) Your submission has to be a new layout created for this challenge. :) You're on your honor here, but the idea of a Weekly Challenge is to finish new layouts and not simply upload old layouts. :) (Your actual layouts can be done in any size - 12x12, 8.5x11, 8x8... whichever size you scrapbook in!

2.) You have to upload a photo of your completed page in our super-special Weekly Blog Challenge Folder by 9:00 a.m. CST the following Monday. The link to this week's challenge is provided below.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: In honor of The ScrapRoom's 5th Birthday, dig through your photos and complete a layout with a "Birthday" Theme. (You know you've got stacks of unscrapped birthday photos, so grab a few and get one more birthday documented in your scrapbooks this week!)

Upload your layout to the following folder by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 12th to be entered into the drawing: WEEK #40 CHALLENGE FOLDER

Week #39 Challenge

We've got a whole new look and direction for The ScrapRoom's Blog! Since October 2004, our mission at The ScrapRoom has always been to inspire scrapbookers to "...Get More Pages Done!", and we're taking it to the next level here, on our brand new WEEKLY CHALLENGE BLOG! Every Monday morning, I will issue a weekly scrapbooking challenge here on the blog. Participants will have one week to complete that week's challenge and to upload their entry into the weekly Blog Challenge Gallery (easy links will be provided). We will be giving away a PRIZE each and every week, so get yourself ready for some seriously fun scrappin'!

Since we're starting our Weekly Challenge Blog in the middle of the week - to help us kick off our 5-Year Big Birthday Bash on October 1st, we're going to start with a super-easy challenge for this week - just a quick post and you'll be entered into the drawing for the prize!
