Fancy Pants "Atwell" Page Kit

"Laugh, Love, Smile Everyday"

"I just had to create a second layout of the grands at the zoo with this kit. They are a live happy, and colorful bunch, so what better collection to use than this one. I also love the fact that I was able to use all three puffy words for my title work. All items used to create this page is from the page kit, except the twine and the "everyday" rub on."

"Today"

"My layout showcases Jillibean Soup's pretty flower paper "Hint of Hello" from the 

Patterned Paper Add-On Kit and the "Aged Hello" patterned paper from the FOTM Kit. 

I fussy cut the flowers from the patterned and layered them on top of some straws, 

then added some diecuts from the Jillibean Soup Pea Pod Parts included in the 

Embellishment Add-On Kit.

"Monique, Christian and Angel are "Awesome". An awesome family! 

To capture this moment I used the Jillibean "Bite of Bonjour" for the background and the awesome "Hint of Hello" patterned paper both from the Patterned Paper Add-On Kit.   I had fun doing some fussy cutting.

My Mind's Eye "On Trend 2" Page Kit

"Year of the Dragon"

"My goal this month was to get as many layouts completed with the May FOTM Kit as possible. With this particular page kit I was able to complete two single page layouts and this 2 page layout!
This kit has such a beautiful color palette, which is perfect for outdoor as well as garden photos which made it so easy to use every bit of it!
Everything used to create this layout is from the page kit, except for the rub on included in the May Embellishment Add-On Kit and the title work, transparent tag, and twine from my personal stash."

"This is a layout of me and my son Christian. It is called "Captured". I captured an every day moment. We were messing around taking selfies.

The tags, pinwheel, doilies, title work, gold and blue cardstock are from my personal stash"

It's time to reveal our

May"Be Our Guest" Sketch Challenge

Here's the sketch:

Your challenge is to create a layout inspired by the sketch.

You are allowed to use one OR both sides of the sketch,  flip it, turn it, etc as long as we can tell your layout was inspired by the sketch.

THE RULES:

• Your layout must be NEW as of  May 2, 2016
NO DIGITAL LAYOUTS
• You must be a FOLLOWER of our blog.
• You must link your entry below with Mr. Linky by
May 31st, 11:59 PM (PST)
• You must include a LINK back to this challenge post when posting your layout on your blog or gallery.

TSR Kit Club subscribers and non-subscribers are encouraged to play along with us.

Although we would love it if you used product from one of our kits, it is not required!

The person chosen, will be awarded a Flavors of the Month Kit and required to 

create (4) layouts using the kit, which will be featured here and on The ScrapRoom website in July.

If selected, you must be willing to complete your projects within our deadline and you must
have an updated blog and a facebook account.

With regret…only US and Canadian residents will be selected because of

unpredictable international shipping time frames.

Today Monique is sharing a little bit about herself as well as sharing the layout she created inspired by this month's sketch.

"Hi I am Monique Nicole Fox. I am sweet (by nature), ethnic (by birth), and blessed (by God). I am blessed to be the mother of a 13 year old handsome boy and a 14 year old beautiful cat. I am addicted to scrapbooking, sketches, craft shopping and going to the movies. I love going to scrapbook crops and making new scrap buddies. I love being on design teams and inspiring others. Thanks Scrap Room for selecting me to be your May Guest Designer and hopefully I will inspire your followers to go and create."
