Hello Everyone!

Today, we're sharing this awesome layout Robin Redd created
by mixing up the different Kits from the ScrapRoom
Robin said this about her layout:
"Happy Scrappin'! My little boy is now a grown man, so I chose to use pictures of my little boy dog with the Simple Stories Lil' Dude line. I used elements from the Patterned Paper Kit, the Shots of Life Kit and the Embellishment kit to complete this layout. I used a few Fancy Pants, On Our Way elements on this page, as well. My stash: Letters used to spell out boys and toys. Cardstock"

I used elements from three December Kits, the Shots of Life Kit, Embellishment Kit and the Patterned Paper kit. I love having enough of everything to really foo-foo things up."

"With this layout, I used American Crafts, Find Joy and Falling Stars from the Patterned Paper kit.
I used the American Crafts Chipboard Word for the title on this page. But, first, I rubbed a coordinating color of ink pad on it so it would coordinate, nicely.
I, also, added some embellishments using the American Crafts Sticker Sheet from the Shots of Life Kit.

Mixing the Kits Inspiration! :)

Hello!

Today we are sharing a couple of layouts our designer Robin Redd created using a mixture of different ScrapRoom kits that are available this month.  Robin used products from the
Sept/Oct. Shots of Life Kit,
September Patterned Paper Kit
and
September Embellishment kit:

"Visiting Tangier"

"I love this picture of my daughter when she was visiting Tangier.
I, also, love this Blush line from My Mind's Eye!
It's not so obvious but I used 5 journal cards from the Shots of Life Kit on this layout. And, of course, the matching enamel dots from the same kit.
I used the My Mind's Eye Polka Dot and Random Dot papers from the Patterned Paper Kit. And the Mixed Bag of the same collection that's in the Embellishment Kit.
I added some flowers and alphabet stickers from my own stash."

"Lucky Dogs"
By Robin Redd
"I used the American Crafts, Hustle and Heart Paper and Puffy Stickers from the Shots of Life Kit for this layout.  I also used the American Crafts, Hustel and Heart Layered Chipboard Stickers from the Embellishment Kit and the American Crafts, Oh, So Lovely Paper from the Patterned Paper Kit.
I used, just a little bit of solid cardstock from my stash."

Mixing the Kits Inspiration!

Good morning everyone!

Today we are sharing a couple of layouts our designer Robin Redd created using a mixture of different ScrapRoom kits that are available this month.  Robin used products from the
July/August Shots of Life kit,  August Patterned Paper Kit and August Embellishment kit:

"Brotherhood"

"In this layout, I used product from three kits, Shots of Life Kit, Patterned Paper Kit and the Embellishment kit. I used the PhotoPlay Papers, Jason Murphy and Halfpipe from the Patterned Paper kit.  From the Embellishment Kit, I used PhotoPlay Freestyle 12” x 12” Sticker Sheet and from the Shots of Life Kit, I used Photoplay’s FreeStyle sheet and wood veneers.  From my own stash, I used dark gray yardstick and alphabet stickers.  I loved making this layout. It’s not often I’m able to scrapbook these ‘boys’ anymore."

"Altogether Separate"
"All of us scrapping buddies couldn’t be together on this day, so we got together with selfies and photos! The next best thing.  For this two-page spread, I used a little bit from each kit, Shots of Life, Embellishment Kit and Patterned Paper Kit.  From the Shots of Life Kit, I used My Minds Eye journal cards and My Mind’s Eye puffy stickers.  From the Embellishment Kit, I used Echo Park’s Summer Fun 12” x 12” sticker sheet and Pink Paislee ephemera.  From the Patterned Paper Kit, I used Echo Park’s Summer Floral and Splash Into Summer papers."

Mixing Kits Inspiration...

Good morning everyone!

Today we are sharing with you a layout our designer Robin Redd created using a mixture of different kits that are available this month.  Robin used products from the
July/August Shots of Life kit, July Patterned Paper Kit and July Embellishment kit
to create this layout:
"I was so excited when I saw Crate Paper’s Palm Spring paper in the Shots of Life kit. My son recently moved to Palm Springs so I’ve been driving out there every now and again to see him. I’ve always loved Palm Springs and I’m so jealous of his 115 degree weather.

Obviously, I had to scrapbook pictures from a visit with him. I cut apart a few ‘musts’ from the Palm Springs paper to add to my layout. I embellished with Crate Paper’s Tropic, Retreat and Simple Stories’ So Much Fun (Patterned Paper Kit).

I used card stock and alphabet stickers from my stash. Also, the buttons and embroidery floss on the flowers are from my stash.

I don’t know why but I cracked myself up using the #Hi from Pebble’s Phrases (Embellishment Kit). I mean, who uses #Hi?! lol I loved using some of the cute ephemera from Simple Stories (Embellishment Kit), too. Per my usual, I had to use foam tape to attach them to my layout.

I made the flowers out of paper from the Patterned Paper Kit by just cutting circles out, inking the edges then cutting straight lines towards the center. I fluffed them up a little and added a button. I cut the leaves, basically the same way. I creased them down the middle before cutting ‘veins’ into them."

Mixing Kits...

Thanks for stopping by today!

We are sharing this awesome layout from Designer Cassie:

"Eat Dessert First"

"I mixed the Patterned Paper Add-on Kit with the Shots of Life kit to create this page. I used black cardstock from my stash. Between the pocket page card (that I used for the title) and the cut outs about sprinkles and that donut sticker, this page just came together."

Cassie used both

and
Patterned Paper Add On kit:

to create her layout!  How cool is that!
Also, both kits coordinates with the Flavors of the Month Kits!
It's a prefect way to add a little more embellishments and papers
do create even more great pages!
