"Everyday Life"

Christine said this about her layout:

"The stripes of this patterned paper and the way they meet can almost make your head spin! Nevertheless I wanted to play with it! I decided to trim it open and roll back the inside corners to form an opening. Then I fussy cut a whole bunch of flowers to frame it. All it took after that to finish the whole thing off was a couple stickers and of course - the picture :)"

October JumpStart Sketch Inspiration ~ Designer Heather Guy

Hello!
Today we are sharing a layout created by
Designer Heather Guy
based on the
October JumpStart Sketch

"Fall"

Heather:

"I used the Jump Start Sketch to create this fall page using the Echo Park "My Favorite Fall" page kit. I turned it on its side to work with direction of my photos. The cute critters and awesome fall patterned paper made this page so easy to complete."

Here's a look at the sketch...

Show & Tell Saturday with Christine Meyer! :)

Hello and welcome to

Show & Tell Saturday!

Take a look at this fantastic layout
 Christine Meyer

created using the
AC/Amy Tangerine "A Slice of Life" Page Kit
from the
October Flavors of the Month Kit:

Christine shares this about her layout:

"Although these aren't the greatest pictures of my son, I think it's important to still capture those milestone moments. This was when he had first lost his tooth and he had a super awkward smile! Even though my picture isn't perfect - the story is and it's captured with this month's sketch making it an easy layout to put together."

And Show & Tell wouldn't be complete without a video, right?

October Freaky Fast Formula Inspiration ~ Designer Grace Tolman

Happy Friday everyone!

Today's feature is a layout created by

Designer Grace Tolman
based on this months formula using the

American Crafts-Amy Tangerine “Slice of Life” Page Kit
combined with this months
Embellishment Add On Kit:

"Smile, You are Amazing"

Grace:

"This is my take on this month’s Freaky Fast Friday challenge. I loved how the predetermined paper sizes really do make the process faster. I opted to use the strips of papers in the challenge as my top and bottom borders. I also cut out a fish tail banner on the other two papers to add banners to my page.

From there it was just a matter of “dressing” up the page which didn’t take long since there were many cute die cuts and foam stickers included in this mini kit."

Personal stash items used:

Date stamp (Studio Calico); Ink (Hybrid Ink My Favorite Things, Distress ink)
