Grids Rock!

Grids are a great way to start a layout...especially if you want to use multiple photos. They are so versatile since you can use any number of squares (or other shapes) filled with photos or patterned paper or embellishments!

I knew I wanted to scrap these photos of my son with his Great Grandpa reading...they make my heart feel so full. I'm so grateful that we live close to my grandparents!

Okay, onto why I love grids :)

For my layout, I chose a 2 x 3 grid, which I stitched by hand. Deciding where to place my photos was now easy peasy. I then used the other squares for the title, embellishment, and my journaling (check out the fabulous stamp from this month's kit).
