"Sea-Tac Monorail Sunday"

"The Shots of Life Pocket Page kit was full of fun new Simple Stories lines that I have been wanting to get my hands on. I immediately fell in love with the bright fun colors in these cards. I added some washi from my stash and used several extra cards as embellishments by cutting them up. The title is done with letters from the Echo Park sticker sheet. This was such a fun collection to document my daughters fun trip!"

"Title: Happy Birthday"

"I love how quickly pocket pages can come together! I used the cut apart cards from Echo Park and added some of the stickers from the sticker sheet to finish this page. I wanted the embellishments on this page to be a little on the simple side since I am pairing this page with a traditional layout using the same collection."

"Hello Sunshine"

"Can we say flowers, flowers, flowers? I absolutely loved the flowery page included in this line so I just knew I had to cut them out and use them as embellishments (and yes it took a while so find yourself a good movie to watch while you do it)! All that work was worth it because I love the way it turned out!"

"Oh Happy Day"

"Such bright and fun colors as well as a fun mix of flower, polka dot, word and striped patterns in this page kit.   This kit screams fun and happiness to me and what better use for the kit than to use it to scrap a photo of one of my granddaughter's happy days! 
All items used to create this page are from the kit with the exception of the 
enamel dots and alpha stickers from my personal stash!"  

"Sun & Fun"

"I had a lot a fun creating with this page kit.  The colors are so pretty and perfect for summer photos.  I used a white cardstock to punch a doily with a Martha Stewart punch.  I also used stencils and inks for the background.  I fussy cut some flowers, added title and twine from my personal stash and I love how my layout come out!"

"Handsome Fella"

" I am in love with this super cute page kit. Some of my favorite subjects to scrap our my great nephews and this kit was perfect to document how handsome my nephew is at this wonderful stage of his life. At first I was a little stumped on how I would use the Shitake patterned paper but then decided how cool it would be for the background since the photos were taken outside in the park among the trees. Such wonderful colors, patterns and embellishments in this kit. This is kit is so perfect to use for scrapping photos of my little rambunctious nephews that I have created a second layout and working on a third!" 

All items used to create this layout is from the kit with the exception of the twine and the alpha stickers used for the title work! I also included a few pf the die cut pieces from the August Embellishment Add On Kit."

"Explore Today"

"When creating this layout, I really wanted to use the 3x3 squares from the Bite Size Bits paper.  It really went well with this photo of my daughter at the biggest Bayou Tree in Hawaii.  Everything I used is from the kit except the title and twine, which is from my personal stash."

Fancy Pants Designs "Life is Beautiful" Page Kit Reveal

It's time to reveal another page kit from the August

Flavors of the Month kit:

 Fancy Pants Designs "Life is Beautiful" 

First, lets see how our Designers created with this beautiful kit:

"Shine"

"For this layout, I used a piece of paper from the Patterned Paper Add-On kit (circle).  Since this is actually the second page I created using this page kit, I was able to use smaller pieces allowing me to create a background on white cardstock (from a previous kit).  I love playing with stamps/stencils/inks/sprays! It's so fun!  I also fussy cut the flowers and used a title from my personal stash."

"WHOGAS 2016"

"I used the leftover scraps from the August Month In Review layout I created and just a tiny bit of paper from the Patterned Paper Add On Kit to create this layout.   This goes to show you that you can create 2 to 3 pages from each of the page kits, easily.

The brad is from the Simple Stories page kit also included in the August FOTM kit., the phrase labels are from a previous FOTM kit and the alphas used for the title work are from my personal stash!.

I still have a little bit of the kit left and lots of the two coordinating papers from the 

Patterned Paper Add On Kit that I hope to create another page with!"

"Stone Mountain"

"I loved these patterned papers so much that I knew I wanted to use them all to create this page! I cut 4 1/2" squares to create the background, added a few embellishments from the "Life is Beautiful" line, but then added a few from the "Sunshine and Happiness" line too! Can you tell which ones are from which line? I love it when I can use multiple lines of supplies in one layout!"
