Patricia said this about her layout:

"

This layout was inspired by the importance of being our own best friend! 

If you follow me and my creations, you will know that I am a huge Vicki Boutin fan! I used her "Pencil Me In" & "Typeset" paper. To jazz things up even more, I threw in some extra printed paper from the Double shot Kit & the Embellishment Kit! Give me all the extra embellies! 
Hope to have inspired you today"

"Mixing the kits could go many different directions this month, many different colors, but all are fun to play with. I chose some Vicki Boutin and Paige Evans to mix and bring out the orange in my photos. I used lots of mixes of colors with more shades of oranges and pops of black to bring it all together."

Jacqie said this about her layout: 

"All the colors go great together when you mix the kits. There are little pops of purple here and there and some coral/pink and yellow/golden tones. Just find which ones you want to highlight and use them with Embellishments in similar colors to make it all come together. Nothing needs to match perfectly, it's fun when it's a varying shade all over to balance. I love how this came together."

"I created this layout using a combination of Pinkfresh & Fancy Pants! Both collections are favorites of mine! My base page was perfect as I didn't have to do much with it as it had the pre-printed foliage on the page. The base page was from Pinkfresh, love it!
This is a layout of me and a few of my closest friends celebrating Friendsgiving last year at Coco Palms restaurant in Pomona, Ca. We fellowshipped, ate, laughed, and ate some more! Good times!"

"I love all the different patterns in these collections and love how they all have some colors in common. Great way to combine leftovers from your kits or mix it up. I decided with the freaky fast formula I just wanted all the layers with a bunch of the different patterns highlighted.

"The Mixed Kits were super fun! I used elements from Maggie Holmes and Jen Hadfield. These were totally out of the box! Who would have thought to use 4th of July paper with florals!? Me!"
