Here's what Lisa said about her layout:
"I decided to make this fun large title piece the focus of the layout and added my photo with one of the fun cut apart cards on a circle directly under my fun large title! This layout has a lot of white space which is out of my comfort zone, but I love how it turned out!

Here's what Nicole said about her layout:
"I love Simple Stories love collections and the colors in the Happy Hearts kit are so good. I was able to fit (7) photos on a single page layout. I left the center area open to house the large die cut title piece from the page pieces. I used the second sheet of white textured cardstock to create some thin strips and make a lattice type tone on tone textured area.
additional: white cardstock for journal strip, note book border punch"

"I used Simple Stories, Happy Hearts from the Flavors of the Month subscription for this layout. I also used the Love U Lots cut file. I liked the way these photos matched up so nicely with this color theme. And, of course, I have all the love for this little girl.

Pebbles Kit at Heart Page Kit Inspiration

 Today, we are sharing some fabulous inspiration from the

Here's what Rochelle said about her layout:
I really love the colors in this collection.  I also used the Feb. Embellishment Kit to create this layout.

Emiley Steinbruegge
"A good Day for a Hike"
Here's what Emiley said about her layout:
"I love the super cute papers and adorable icons in this collection, so I wanted to be able to include as many of them as possible! I decided to scraplift a great sketch from a class I recently took because it gave me a chance to do just that. I added a bit of white gel pen doodles to some of the papers and embellishments to really make them pop. I love the way this layout turned out! I used the page kit and the Feb. Embellishment kit along with some of my stash items - white gel pen, blue pen, alpha die and foam adhesive."

Nicole Bingaman
"Patio Play"
Here's what Nicole said about her layout:
"I love all kid themed lines and was pumped to see the Pebbles Kid at Heart included in the February Flavors of the Month. I created a photo collage with six photos and left the center area blank. This provided a place to put my journaling and title.  
I cut my pattern papers into large triangles to put behind the photo collage and really like how the diagonal lines draw your eye to the photo collage. I used two of the branding strips (rainbows, circle faces) for borders at the top and bottom of the photo collage. I then added a super thin strip cut from the striped paper.
I made clusters with the die cuts that came with my kit and used the tile letters to create a title.
From my stash: white cardstock for journaling, label stickers, date stamp and ink"

"Sweet Friends"

Here's what Suzanna said this about her layout:
"The stencil in the add on's that goes with this vintage Simple Stories collection found in the Flavor of the Month kit is such a great way to add more color to the page. I just used a sponge applicator to rub (in a circular pattern) the color through the stencil. Anytime there are flowers in a patterned paper, my first thought is always to fussy cut them, just as I've done here."

February 2022 Freaky Fast Fornula

Hello and happy Friday!
Today is reveal day for the 
February Freaky Fast Formula

Using the formula as inspiration combined with the
Pebbles "Kid At Heart" Page Kit
one of the four page kits included in the
February Flavors of the Month Kit
Designer Lisa Hidy
created the lovely layout below
"Quite the Pear"
Lisa:
"This kit had a fun mix of patterns that was perfect for this month's freaky fast formula!! This layout came together so fast! I used the smallest piece from the formula as a base for my embellishment cluster, and to give each piece more detail I traced around each piece with a black pen.
From my stash: enamel heart and dots, black pen and white card stock"
