Here's what Suzanna said this about her layout:

'"Have you had a chance yet to use the exclusive digital cut files created for The ScrapRoom by Cut to You?! I modified this month's file by trimming off the Polaroid frame and just using the flower. It provides the perfect contrast in size to this 4x6 photo of my daughter, out on a hike. So many great florals in my embellishment selection made it possible to line the diagonal. A little "scene" in the bottom right corner provides some balance to the center photo and tags. Not a complicated layout but so effective and "full" despite the limited use of patterned paper. Leaves me plenty more for more memorykeeping with this great collection!"

April 2022 Freaky Fast Formula

Happy Friday!

It's time for a new challenge and to be inspired by the

April Freaky Fast Formula

Using the formula as inspiration combined with the 

Pinkfresh "Happy Hearts" Page Kit

one of the four page kits included in the 

April Flavors of the Month Kit

and the

April Embellishment and Patterned Paper Add On Kits

created the lovely layout below...

"Springtime Cuties"

Emiley:

"I love the beautiful pastel colors and adorable papers in the Pinkfresh Happy Hearts kit. I used the April Freaky Fast Formula as a jump off point for my layout...since it called for a circle, I decided to make circles a main design element on my page. I fussy cut out several of the circles on a piece of the patterned paper and I also included the absolutely adorable wood veneer circle embellishments from the embellishment add on kit. This layout is light and bright and makes me happy!

Here's what Emiley said about her layout:

"Simple Stories knocked it out of the park with this Simple Vintage Indigo Garden collection - this kit is just absolutely beautiful. I love the banners from the sticker sheet and really wanted to make them a focal point on my layout. I love the way it turned out!" Emiley used the FOTM Simple Stories Simple Vintage Indigo Garden and embellishment and patterned paper add on kits.

"Could You Bee Any Cuter?"

Here's what Emiley said about her layout:

"The Full Bloom kit is absolutely adorable! I really like the bumble bee papers and embellishments and decided to play those up. I loosely followed the April Jumpstart Sketch and found a cutfile of a beehive to replace the circle element - I love what it adds to the layout! And I hope you are reading my title the way I hear it in my head - in my very best Chandler Bing voice!"

Emiley used the Page kit along with the Embellishment Add-On and Patterned Paper Add-On Kit along with some personal stash items: foam adhesive, black pen, cutfile, black cardstock, alphabet dies

"Bounce House Hostage"

Here’s what Nicole said about her layout:

“This is my favorite type of collection from Simple Stories. They always bring such fun elements to their spring lines.  
I made a quick photo collage as my photos were not the best, and centered it on the notebook pattern paper. This sheet had a pre-printed little scene at the bottom so I just built that up with die cuts and stickers. Then I created a larger scene above the photos.
Additional Items: 12x12 stickers from the Embellishment Add On kit, blue pattern paper from the Pattern Paper add on kit, Simple Stories alpha stickers (from stash), white cardstock for journal strips (from stash).”
